Men's Lose Weight up to 150 kg with a Unique Way


New York- The distance between home Pasquale 'Pat' Brocco with supermarket is not close. But he was willing to walk from home to the supermarket whenever hungry to buy food. As a result traversed a distance of about 9.6 km and he lost weight up to 150 kg.

"This is astonishing because before I never go as far as 9.6 km. But I did it every day," Pat said as quoted by page NY Post, Friday (08/19/2016).



Pat previous weight of 300 kg. So no wonder this tattooed man had high blood pressure and cholesterol. Since knowing it, he realized the need to make major changes in his life.

One of the efforts is by walking whenever he wants to find a meal. Then he goes back again to the house on foot. So a total of about three times a day Pat walk to Walmart which total a distance of 9.6 km.

Not fast food and high-fat that he bought at major supermarket chains in the United States. He chose healthy foods or ingredients to cook healthy meals at home.

In the first two years of working this way, his weight dropped to 100 kg. He began practicing in the gym. When the weight of 300 kg, the tools in the gym can not be used on the body.

In the gym he began by practicing on the treadmill and lifting weights. But still, it runs the program 'walk from the house to the supermarket. "I want to be an example for my son," said Pat.
