Tricks It's Proven to Help Face Your Worst Day
Anyone would have experienced a week or a bad day in his life, either due to problems with work, family, spouse, or friend.
If things do not work for you, instead of always asking "why?", Better think "what can I do now?". This way you will have more energy to cope and face the problem.

1. Breathing
Please remember to do this more often. Because when we stopped to take a breath or breath practice, two things will happen: we be quiet, stop talking, and we also stop to think excessive.
2. Move
If you realize that it was an hour you do not move from your seat, better try the movement of your body. Either by walking or doing stretching exercise. This activity will keep the blood flowing and can make you feel better.
3. Take the time to do something good
Try to do good things, such as to help parents who are struggling to do something, or help people who can not afford. In this way, the good things we give to others also will be good for us.
4. Thankful
Grateful for what you have, because not everyone can benefit your life like. For example, if a bad day happens in your office, think there are still many people who have yet to get a job because of intense competition.
