Secrets of Longevity Monk 120 Years


Nearly bald head, white beard on his face, as well as the stature of the fit makes monkfrom India is not looked like the age of 120 years.

Launch of Hindustan Times, Monday (22/08/2016), Guinness World Records currently verify the itself as the oldest person in the world. The previous record was held by a Japanese man named Jiremon Kimura, who died at the age of 116 years in June 2013.

In an interview, Swami told him about his habits are simple. Without realizing this is what makes him a long life.

"I used to do yoga and disciplined life," he explained.

"I lead a simple life. I just ate the stew without oil or spices and rice," he continued.

His poor childhood to make Swami chose to become a monk. Men with a height of 1.58 meters it was just sleeping mat mat with a slab of wood as a pillow.

Simple life made Swami very good medical condition. Unlike the elderly in general, he was able to travel by train even just alone.

Since the age of 6 years Swami lost his parents. He was advised by relatives to be a spiritual teacher. He had traveled to all corners of India before finally settling in Varanasi.
